Meditating on daily basis is best, but sounds extremely impossible for those who never or rarely meditate.
These days’ people are highly concentrating on mediation as it helps them in many ways on regular basis. We live in a world which is very fast and people have become completely mechanical that people are recommended to meditate. Meditation is also best for a child as it is always better to learn in early stages it will actually become a habit for them.


I started off meditating at 1 minutes at a time. It makes starting this habit a lot easier when you don’t give yourself a difficult task. Also, starting at only 4 days a week, it gives that cushion of missing a day.

There are many benefits for kids if in case they adapt this meditation on regular basis. Some of them are mentioned here:
